HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Go to the top of the webpage and click customer service, then scroll to the bottom of the page where it says Registration & Warranty. You would then click warranty policy and claim instructions. Please read the warranty policy carefully and proceed to fill out the warranty claim form. You must fill out all the asterisks otherwise your warranty will not submit properly.
